Sono stati annunciati i film che prenderanno parte (in concorso e non) alla 74esima edizione del Festival di Cannes, con Spike Lee presidente di giuria.
Dopo un anno fortemente segnato dalla pandemia che ha costretto i festival a rinnovarsi e sperimentare nuove modalità di fruizione, il Festival di Cannes torna con un’edizione completamente in presenza.
Inizialmente prevista per maggio, la rassegna è stata spostata a luglio proprio per permettere un “ritorno alla normalità”. Basterà infatti presentare un certificato di vaccinazione o di negatività per accedere alle proiezioni.
Il festival si terrà dal 6 al 17 luglio, e come al solito saranno molti i film da tenere d’occhio. Sono stati ufficializzati infatti in queste ore i titoli che verranno presentati durante la rassegna, oltre ad i premi che verranno assegnati ed il presidente di giuria, che sarà Spike Lee.
Sarà invece Jodie Foster a ricevere la Palme d’Or onoraria, oltre ad essere ospite d’onore alla cerimonia d’apertura.
Ecco invece la lista dei film che verranno presentati in questa 74esima edizione del Festival di Cannes. Da segnalare la presenza del nuovo film (che apre il Festival) di Leos Carax, così come il nuovo The French Dispatch di Wes Anderson. O, ancora, la presenza di Paul Verhoeven, Francois Ozon, Sean Baker, Bruno Dumont e Nanni Moretti.
